Bay Area Transportation (a service of Tri-County Community Council, Inc.) is the community transportation coordinator for Bay County and is available to any transportation disadvantaged resident of Bay County.
Who Can Ride?
Anyone is eligible ride including the elderly, disabled, those with low income, and individuals not living within 3/4 of a mile of the Bay Town Trolley routes.
What does it cost?
Some riders are transported for specific purposes and are paid for by a sponsoring agency or program such as Medicaid. Some riders are transported by the non sponsored program and are charged a co-pay based on the service area of the trip. Other riders may be charged for the full cost of their trip. Please ask for a quote when you reserve your ride and have exact change when you board the vehicle. Drivers do not carry change.
Reservations must be made no later than 1:00 on the day before your scheduled appointment. Our goal is to provide our riders with prompt, safe, efficient, and friendly service. Call 850-785-0808 to make reservations!
Cancellations must be make 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time. To cancel your ride call 850-769-2140.
Holiday schedules are limited to life sustaining trips. Regular service from Bay Area Transportation will not be available on the following days.
